Spirits and bodied undead ravaged his forest home turning treants into undead shambling things and twisting the animals into unliving servitors. dead humans were everywhere, moaning and clawing at anything that breathed. The druids and fey fought back, and Jack was at their side. But it was not enough and the circle fell, the survivors fleeing for their lives.</p><p></p><p>Jack survived, but not without inner scars from being wraith-touched. His spark of enjoyment was drained away in the conflict leaving a broken man. His connection to nature and the animals of the wild was savaged, leaving a burning hatred for the undead. Jack became a gangrel vagabond making what living he could, until he came upon the Lightbringers. A group dedicated to the eradication of undead. Jack found a new calling, a new purpose in life which he has pursued since then.</p></blockquote><p></p>
