[QUOTE="TwoHeadsBarking, post: 5012639, member: 82251"] You make your way through the natural stone cave. The only noteworthy feature of them is that they are comfortably warm. [sblock=Bell and Martelai]These are the caves you saw in your visions.[/sblock] While the path is long and winding, it never splits off into multiple passage ways. Eventually the tunnel opens up into a large chamber. The walls, and a decent amount of the floor, are covered with a viscous orange liquid. You also see clusters of pods along the walls. [sblock=Perception 20]You can make out movement behind the translucent membrane of the pods. There are a lot of very small things in there.[/sblock] You see a number of horrific creatures within. There are the spider-like things you dealt with beneath the cabin, in both the "small and plentiful" and "large and vicious" varieties. But what catches your eye is the thing dangling from a stalactite. It looks like a massive, writhing maggot with a plethora of little hooked legs that have latched onto the ichor-covered stone. There are also a couple ex-smugglers, who as things go really aren't that horrific. The maggot looks up at you and hisses loudly. [sblock=Veruzak]The pull is very strong here. Also, your nose is bleeding.[/sblock] [sblock=Status]Initiative: Bell (25/25) Kendrick (31/31) Veruzak (15/20) Catein (26/27) Broodlord Hiveguard Husk 50 Husk 81 Swarm 15 Swarm 97 Atlas (25/26) Martelai (28/28, Concealed)[/sblock] [sblock=Monster Info]Broodlord: AC 18 | Fort 16 | Reflex 14 | Will 17 HP: 76.
