Enlarge Person and Mattock of the Titans

OK, if you have a huge humanoid and cast Enlarge Person (or other enlarging affect) does the Mattock of the Titans have an increased ability to shovel?

No, but it does do more damage on attacks (but don't forget the wrong-size penalty).

AFAIK, there is no huge humanoid race in current WotC books.
