Hello, My name is Richard Peppers and I'm a 2012 ENnies Judge nominee. I'm sure you may be getting bombarded by us (there are 25 of us this year). I just wanted to drop a quick line to let you all know a bit about who I am and what I am bringing to the table. I'm a long time gamer and have even attempted making my own system on several occasions. I spend a lot of time trying new games both mainstream and indy as well as homebrew unpublished works. I try to keep an open mind when approaching new products and while I do enjoy owning beautiful books I enjoying playing fun systems more. I believe that every game should be judged on it's own merits. I'm not biased towards any one system or genre. Understanding that being an ENnies judge is very taxing on both time and sanity I can assure you that I have loads of free time and a reasonable amount of sanity. I'm active in multiple gaming groups. I'm not the kind of guy to phone in my reviews, I believe every game deserves a turn on the table. I don't want to bore you with several pages of nonsense that you probably don't care about so I'll keep my post short. What I would like is some feedback. As an ENnies judge I will in fact be representing you. That being said I'd like to know what you are looking for in an ENnies judge and I am also making myself available for any questions you may have. Best regards, -Richard P.S. Voting starts on the 15th! P.S.S. If you would like to know more be sure to check it out. ENnie Awards
