I was initially fully discarding Lessons of the First Ones.My son is most likely going to take Pact of the Chain at Level 1 and add Pact of the Blade and either Agonizing Blast or Lessons of the First Ones (Savage Attacker) at Level 2. He is planning to do the Fiend Patron (he is inspired by Solo Leveling) and he took Acolyte-Magic Initiate (Cleric) as his main Background/Origin Feat since it fit into his origin story he came up with. This is his first time playing so I do not think he should try to multi-class.Ultimately, I am hoping my son can have a strong Pact of the Blade setup (Thirsting Blade, Devouring Blade, Eldritch Smite, and One with Shadows) with Pact of the Chain + Gaze of Two Minds + Repelling Blast (on Eldritch Blast) so he can push enemies around from his flying invisible familiars perspective with Eldritch Blast and/or hit them hard from the front with a Greataxe or Greatsword (probably coming into the battle invisible from One with Shadows and using Armor of Agyths to deliver extra damage while he takes hits and builds up Temp HP on the front lines). However, I have not even looked at higher level spells yet - I guess he can push enemies back and forth through a wall of fire or something.Right now I am really trying to figure out which Feats to consider at higher levels so I can understand the impact that they have on the build.</blockquote>
