Its value is barely epic let alone major artifact material.You pretty much need 4 feats to create a single category of epic item. The base feat, epic feat, artisan and efficient creation. You don't to spend years creating something that should be considered an artifact but isn't.All epic items should have the unbreakable quality for free. If one is disjoined then the disjoiner forever loses all magic powers. The sure striking enhancement should add 5 to the DR penetration insead of just raising it to 5.</blockquote>
