To elaborate and clarify: For the Hit Points, Im not certain on how to further explain it or more like how to clearly explain it... it is a house-variant rule that encourages higher hit points at low levels and somewhat god rolls anytime...This for example as follows: - You reroll any resulting ONE when you determine HPs at level increase... - You can reroll depending on the level you have in your class...If your class uses a d10 you may reroll the result if your level is 2 or 10, but this benefits stops after level 11 onwards...the same for classes with d6s or d8s... On regards of the Extra Suite of Actions, well the main goal here is to stop two consecutive full round actions from any one (either player or game master), so that if you receive an extra standard from some ally(say a crimelord) and somehow you manage to make it into FULL-ATTACK (like mobile combatant talent or Accelerated Strike Feat), you have to wait for everybody to complete their turn first. You see this also happens when using the Act out of turn option you get once per encounter by burning a DP, so the extra actions will follow directly after your normal actions sometimes, even if repositioned after Readying an action: however, the restriction is not to allow two consecutive full rounds from the same character. Wich means the character cant do it even if such circumstances emerge. The Benefit is to any of your defenses; Fort Ref or Will; and even Attack Rolls in grapple checks, or skill checks after being hindered. The Bonus is cumulative for every round you have been in this unbalanced situation:a +5 untyped bonus, until you break free(!). Note that sometimes low rolls would get you out of this for some rounds, and yet still CT penalties may further increase the difficulty of this occurrence. Ability Scores continue to increase normally, however I grant a few options to further enhance this: - At level 21st you get to increase all six of your attributes permanently by 1 point. There is also this talent, develop on batshido's Options: Attribute Increase: One of your attributes permanently increases by +2. Special: This talent may be taken more than once. Each time it is taken, you may choose to have it apply to the same attribute or to a different one. It's effects stack; increases by +2. Available to: Epic Characters And also the following Feats from Variant Rules I came up with on Epic Level material: Great Attribute:Prerequisites: Level 20+; Benefit: One of your attributes permanently increases by 2 points. Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects stack. | Mythic Attribute:Prerequisites: Must have chosen a Destiny or secret Destiny, or Unleashed. Level 25+; One of your attributes permanently increases by +4. Special: This Feat may be taken more than once. Each time it is taken, you may choose to have it apply to a different one. It's effects stack. | Epic Attribute:Prerequisites: Grand Destiny, Level 35+; Benefit: One of your attributes permanently increases by +6. Special: This feat may be taken more than once. Each time it is taken, you may choose to have it apply to a different one. It's effects stack. Chronal Blessing:You draw upon a power that few even dare to understand, your grasp on evolution helps you stay younger and transcend your species. Benefit:You can ignore the penalties from increasing your current age category. Additionally, you lower your current age category one step. Calculate your maximum age as normal.
