( the Characters will be 28th after they add Epic Levels)&nbsp; The Windrider class description&nbsp; says flying mounts shoudlbe ofa CR four less than the&nbsp; Character level.&nbsp; This seems very powerful&nbsp; for a dragon so i settled on around 6 to 7.&nbsp; is this fair?Another player wishes to playa&nbsp; Sorcerer (10) Shifter (10).&nbsp; i amallowing him to&nbsp; take the formof anything from the&nbsp; MMI ( i have several of the monster books put out so far, including MMII) that fits this&nbsp; CriteriaAverage Specimen below 15HDAny&nbsp; Vermin, Beast,plant or animal.is this too resrictive or&nbsp; too liberal?HELP!</blockquote>
