The guide for calculating cost of a SR item is 10k gp per point of SR above 12, with SR 13 being the minimum.
The epic mantle of spell resistance gives SR 40.
28x10k = 280k. Cost of the item is 290k. Epic items(market price above 200k) are multipled by 10 to arrive at the final cost.
Why isnt the 280k multipled by 10? Where is the extra 10k(to arrive at 290k market price) coming from?
