Another thread made me think of this. Some possible SL epic plot threads: Low-level epic Thar be dragons Explore the dragon isles Undead? Can't stand them! That ghoul king fella sure thinks he's tough.... Takoyaki Maybe you lost loved ones or treasured pets during the blood monsoon, maybe you just think octopus is good eat'n. Whatever the reason Queen Ran is going to get hers... Real men don't wear masks. That Mormus clown is getting pretty big for his britches. Anybody who wears poka-dots can't be that tough! Target: Calastia You know its against the rules to kill a reigning king unless you're their blood kin; but you've never been big into following rules. Have you? The 7th day Enkili's decided to take a day off..., and you're party gets to fill in for him. That's right you're group is going to be a god, one god (though you get to keep all your heads, arms and gear). Most everybody thinks this is the funniest thing since that whole the White One/Underoos of Tribble Creation prank; at least until you start swinging around your new flail (if only the damn thing would shoot who it's supposed to....). And if you ever want to get back to normal you're going to have to be the bestest god of chaos you can be. Quite a conundrum Seems like someone is turning an entire town into walking jiggsaw puzzles.... Mid-level epic Journy to the center of your mind Visit the center of the planet, find strange psionic creatures and kill them. The god is dead, long live the god! There are more than a few divine bodies littering Scarn. But who says a god can die? A kingdom of there own Why invade someone else's land when you can have your own? There are plenty of great places to hang your hat and attract thousands of serfs?
