Su'ryuu goes to the Astral Plane to get aid from the Lich Queen.  The lure of the rich protomater of the destroyed Endless Falls intrigues the queen's major domo, and he goes to communicate the matter to her.  After another several days, you have a response.*"The queen desires you to conduct a party of magicians, psions, and their guards to the remains of the Endless Falls so they may see the place for themselves.  If they are satisfied, they will communicate with the queen, and she will then allow them to assist you in some ways," the major domo says, with the air of one granting a large favor.</blockquote>
