The first brachyurus, who had originally spoken, snarls in challenge and leaps at the second brachyurus. He catches him unawares, slashing into the evil brachyurus' flank before issuing a terrible bite, dealing a total of 50 points of damage. The evil brachyurus, hoping to deal with Drago before having to fight his companion, snaps viciously at Drago, snarling and tearing. He fumbles his first claw, but his second and his bite land, for 22 points. The next brachyurus, who had been the statue, turns to the lammasus. He slashes one into pieces, which fades away, but the other eludes his grasp through the use of dimension door. Drago spins in a whirlwind of flying kicks and rapid punches, striking true each time. He deals out a total of 196 points of damage to the beast. The third of the original brachyuruses howls. Sulli and Ricamros are shaken by the terrible roar. Ricamros sends a sphere of crackling electricity streaking towards the roaring brachyurus. It barely manages to get out of the way, still scorching its fur and sending static racing up and down its torso. 28 points of damage are dealt. Immediately after, he sends a flaming meteor straight into the new brachyurus, who takes 90 points of damage. Meriss pulls back his hand and makes a motion as if throwing a stone. From it comes a terrible, reptilian, ice-coated handed with vicious claws. It hurtles toward one of the brachyuruses and latches on, and it seems for a moment as if it will keep its tenuous hold, but the brachyurus throws it free. Robin nocks several arrows at once, releasing before firing again and again. He hits the evil brachyuruses each time, dealing 140 points of damage. Jariwyn hits twice with the Fist of Pelor and deals a pair of mortal wounds (crits) with the Ghoulbane. 138 points of damage. Cyren, you are aware of the following: The speaking brachyurus is unwounded and not currently being attacked. The evil brachyurus is very badly wounded, and being terribly hurt by Drago and Robin. The third original brachyurus is fairly badly wounded, and being attacked by Jariwyn, Ricamros' spells, and Meriss' ice claw. The fourth is moderately wounded and was struck by the meteor swarm. The remaining lammasu is about thirty feet away in the air, nearby to Cyren.
