One of the features of the 4e version of Dragon that I really enjoy are the various series dealing with epic level threats. So far we have:
The Demonomicon of Iggwilv - Demons
The Codex of Betrayal - Devils
The Lords of Chaos - Primordials
The Court of the Stars - Archfey (btw, can't wait for this one to come out)
Deities & Demigods - Gods
I was wondering what other people would like to see. Personally, I think that an Elder Evils is a no-brainer and I fully expect that we'll see some Far Realm threats in the very near future. I'm also intrigued by the prospect of an article series on some of the more powerful Primal Spirits mentioned in one of the WotC preview articles describing the Primal Power source.
Finally, I wouldn't mind seeing a series on epic threats native to the natural world that do not fit into one of the above categories.
