Just change to another dragon.I am not sure if this is really to powerful, but compare it so some other prestige classes, that allow you to access special abilties from a single creature (maybe the Dragon Disciple, but I think there are some more) - you would gain all the benefits of such a class with a single feat, without taking 10 levels. I guess this is to much for a epic feat.Only gaining the superantural of a single type would bacically mean that, in the long run, the shifter class would be useless. (You can already take a feat to make shifting a move equivalent action, and you rarely need more 10 shifts a day... So, who cares for evershifting form?
