A quick point to bear in mind here: Weight and bulkiness. Police officers (and their departments) will pay good money to reduce either one by as much as a few ounces. Those guys carry a LOT of stuff, and when the weight gets too much they're tempted to leave things behind. You don't want your officers leaving things behind that they might need when the worst-case scenario emerges. So, if you think you might need silver bullets, why carry anything else? A silver-alloy bullet will do a darn fine job of putting down a normal criminal. Just carry clips of those. It costs a little more, but not near as much as death benefits for the poor putz who was trying to switch clips when the werewolf ripped his throat out. OC spray would be made with holy water in the base. Think someone's a vamp? Hose 'em down (in the standard OC-spray crucifix, from their forehead down the chest, then up and horizontally across the line of the eyes). Why would you care which active agent is making them scream in agony, as long as it gets the job done? Likewise, I think the Miranda Rights would be reworded so that they included counter-charms. Heck, you're going to be saying it anyway. "The Eye of Horus compels you. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to an attorney. By the Seal of Solomon, thy witchcraft be turned back against thee. If you cannot afford an attorney...." Efficiency. Always efficiency. Plus, I think there's fun to be had by inserting all the counter-supernatural stuff down to the low levels that the officers are dealing with on a daily basis. Reminds everyone playing them that this is wierd and spooky but also their job, sometimes boring and routine.
