I'm thinking of being a cleric of a deity not really found in the city we start off in. He'd be making his living form the merchant quarter, selling religous trinkets and offering blessings, at a price. Seeing as how he would not have a church of his to give tithes too, he would offer healing and alms to the less fortunate in the seedier parts of the town when he had time to get away form his little impromptu shop.Gotta work out the details, but was thinking using Races of Stone and Complete Divine. Probably would be a dwarven cleric, or maybe a gnome. Not sure.Would reduce his money by 10% to indicate tithing spent on the poor. Just for RP value.
