D&D 4E Errata for 4E Powers

Can anyone point me in the direction of official errata for 4E powers? The following power just seems waaaaay too overpowered as a minor action, and I would like to see what Wizards has said (if anything) on the matter.

TUMBLING STRIKE Rogue Attack 17
Encounter Martial, Weapon
Minor Action Melee 1

Prerequisite: You must be trained in Acrobatics.

Effect: You shift your speed and make the following attack at any point during the shift. During this shift, you can shift through squares occupied by enemies and you ignore difficult terrain.

Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.

I went ahead and searched, there is no official errata for that power, not surprising though since it's from dragon, alot of that doesn't get reviewed too heavily after it's out.

Cool, thank you!

I checked in Dragon #381 just to see if the text was right there as well, and it's not even in Dragon #381!! I have no idea where it's from...

He's likely tweaking because it's a minor action and allows someone to attack, move, move again and attack. That's what rogues do. It's a 17th level encounter power at 3W so it's likely balanced fine.

Thanks for all the responses gang. I did find the power in the Dragon mag. I assumed (I know, I know) that it would be in the Rogue article, but it was in the Power play: Martial article.

I am 'tweaking' because of the minor action part. None of the other 17th level rogue powers seem to compare... I'll take a look at some of the other 17th class powers and see what they are like...

It is definitely one of the rogue's signature powers. Most people take it and low slash because minor action powers means multiple attacks per round (barbarians typically get this from a single power that allows multiple attacks) and that is really the best way to pile on the damage. Monks and warlocks tend to lag behind rangers, rogues, and barbarians in damage because they don't have easy access to multi-attack powers.

What? Something from Dragon wasn't play-tested and compared to existing powers and seems unbalanced? Say it ain't so!

This from the company that had Solar Wrath cleric encounter paragon-path power as a close burst 7 damage & dazing attack in the PH1. You know that had to have been checked to make sure it was in line with every other lvl11 paragon path power.
If there is one weakness in 4e, it is that WotC seems to have utterly failed in proof-reading and editing their work.
If there are two weaknesses, it is that WotC also didn't double-check some of the more glaring errors with balancing powers. Sure, some of them turn up in the erratta, but basic compare/contrast should have spotted that one.
