In the aftermath of the battle, Mardok looks around, then stares hard at the Deva. "Quinn, if that miserable inbred 'friend' of yours calls every goddamn humanoid in this dungeon on us, I swear to Grummsh that your first memory in your next life will be of my axe sending you onto out of this one." The pain of the acid burns from the last few fights were bad, but the pain was not an issue. Mardok took a moment to wash himself off as best as he could to get all of the acid off of himself. "Damnit, I hate these goddamn goo monsters. Killing them is just not very much fun. They do not have blood, so you cannot make them bleed. They have no bones for me to shatter. They do not even scream, and lack the good sense to know that they are alive or dead. At least there was some loot this time." After cleaning out his own wounds, Mardok made sure his axe was cleaned off as well. The blade had not dulled much, but the acid from the last two fights had corroded the metal a bit. There was nothing to be done for it, and in any event, Axes were not that hard to replace. Frustrated, he started to clean and sharpen his weapon to prevent further damage. "And another thing, the whole goddamn 'Kinslayer' bit is really pissing me off. I have killed many Kobolds, Goblins, a few Hobgoblins, sent several human 'Pelors Witnesses' to their puny god for waking me up in the morning asking if I had 'found Pelor'. A few Gnomes in the battle of the Deep Burrows died by my blade, as did some Elves, and that one Dwarf in a barfight. And his son. Or was that his nephew?", Mardok paused while recalling many happier kills. "I could have done much that could earn me many great names, like 'The Kobold Killer', or 'Goblin bane' or 'Head Splitter', but no. The one thing that all of those miserable humanoids ever want to remember is that one time I murdered my sister. I swear that the next goblin that brings it up will have a chance to discuss it with her in hell.". END COMMUNICATION
