At the cost of some nonlethal damage (not too much in the case of Inspire Courage,) it allows a bard to double the effect of his Bardic Music. This is useful from level one, and just gets better as the bard gains access to higher-level bardic music effects.Again, mid- to high-levels is where I find this feat essential.
