I finally got my Essentials books last Saturday and I'm a bit confused about the Skill-Challenge Changes, so I hope someone can help me out there...
From Complexity Rating 3 on (6+ Successes needed) you should give Advantages to make up for the increased difficulty, like the ability to cancel failures or let some hard-checks count as two successes. But I'm not sure how I am supposed to implement these and what the numbers of advantages mean.
Do I prepare those advantages before the skill-challenge, are those implemented on-thy-fly, etc...
The other thing is that there are now a guideline how many medium and hard checks should be included... are these the number of options you should include or really the skill checks?
