Hey, of course it's in the EU, it's in France and France is in the EU. (Transitive property of the inclusion relationship). You'd got some trouble listing all the "confettis" of the French Empire ! However, Guyana is especially important for 2 reasons: first, it's the biggest one, and you have Kourou and its spaceport (from which are launched the Ariane rockets) there. The least important French confetti is the Clipperton Island, on which noone live (IIRC, Mexic (I believe) invaded this little forsaken island, and then completely forgot about the soldiers send there. Quite a tragedy followed.) The famous French satirical newspaper Canard Enchaîné has a long tradition of putting jokes about Clipperton when possible (for example, they proposed it as an ideal place for the next WTO or G7 meeting, where people would be sure no anti-globalization contestant could come and disturb the negociations). There's another island (forgot the name) who's never been cartographied. Climate is so awful noone has ever landed, and the harsh conditions has made all short-range aerial recon impossible. It's somewhere in the far south, near Antarctica. To speak about actual, serious territories, French DOM/TOM (oversea departments/oversea territories) are, if I don't miss one: Guadeloupe, La Martinique, Guyane, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Nouvelle Calédonie, Polynésie Française, Wallis et Futuna. I'm not even sure if the former two are still part or no of France... When I said I'm loosy in geography !
