You are not intending for a low level character to use this spell?  If not, why not make it a higher level spell and give it a better damage capability.I would think that a cantrip version of this would be one that did one point of damage, but to require a 500 gp spell focus for each type of descriptor types seems a bit costly for a cantrip.  How about as a 0 level spell it requires a small prism.  The whole splitting of light into different colors symbolizing the different descriptors possible.Just a thought.</blockquote>
