As the name suggests the “C” in dmca means it’s related to copyright infringement. Specifically the takedown the letter refers to is the process for requesting websites takedown material that is infringing copyright. Unless we to think your article is copyrighted by EGG the DMCA is irrelevant. Similarly the CDA prohibited obscene and indecent material, though the indecent portion has been ruled unconstitutional. I don’t think they meant to suggest discussing EGG is prohibited obscene material. The other major portion seems to be the opposite of the claim - section 230 makes it so websites aren’t responsible for content users post. Since Morrus both posted the article and is the owner, the original article isn’t relevant to section 230, but it does mean Morrus can’t be held responsible for things we users post in response.</blockquote>
