Excel D&D monster index (January update)

Hi folks,

Here's the January update of my Excel D&D monster index.

Updates since last month:

• Added the December 2006 Wizards of the Coast releases
• Finished indexing all of the 1st/2nd Edition Forgotten Realms products
• Finished indexing all of the Dragon magazines (up to 350)
• Indexed about a third of the Polyhedrons
