The excerpt on Subdual Encounters is up, a decent read.

Basicaly the dragon fights till bloodied and then surrenders, giving the party assistance depending on how well they fought it (the number of characters that were not bloodied).

It also covers Duels of Honour.

Duels of Honor? Can rules for playing Saurials be far behind?

I love Saurials. I'd never play them because they are rather silly, but I can't help feeling fond of them. Maybe it is because they make every dungeon encounter smell like lavender and fresh baked bread.

I wonder. Does the "til bloodied" mean a character is bloodied period, or any character who is bloodied when the dragon is bloodied?

Not with regards to the Duel of Honor (which is different).

I would read it as bloodied atleast once during the encounter myself, but then again I am a RBGM, other might be more lenient.

"But the degree of the victory matters, so you will need to keep track of how many characters were bloodied during the course of the battle."

That makes it sound like it rates any character who becomes bloodied at any time during the battle.
