Shrug. When Dragon was in print it cost me a lot in shelf space to keep up any kind of collection. Digital costs a lot less shelf space for me. And a lot smaller of a cost in Wife angry looks for taking up so much shelf space with my hobby. (Especially in SF where space is a premium...) When we lived in Philly, where shelf space was much more available, I got less angry looks, and could afford to keep more issues about. Should I have been angry about the injustice imposed upon SF people? :p So it costs more for mac users. Oh well, life is tough. Does that mean you have to buy the product? Of course not. You don't have to be happy about it, or accept it, but if you grumble about it in an online forum, people will offer solutions. (And I think a lot of the time people are really just trying to be helpful. Trying to offer you a way to experience something they enjoy.) Sometimes those solutions will cost more then the "optimal" situation. Seems to me that people will pay more for something they want, and just grumble for the sake of grumbling when they really don't want it that much to begin with. So uh... grumble away I guess. Have fun with that. :p Maybe Wotc will decide the mac fanbase is strong enough to build the apps for them too. In the meantime I'ma keep enjoying my DDI subscription on my PC. (It's VISTA too... OMG!!!11!11) You can enjoy all the new multimedia editing stuff macs have always been ahead of the PC curve on, to my dismay I guess. :)
