I think I can use that spell to make a box of ammo magical, and then we could split up the bullets among multiple people and really hurt the thing. But it'll be a one shot if I'm reading this right. I can't prepare this thing like it says I should, but I could follow the directions once. Then I think it would get erased from the book. And if I've got more time to study this thing, I think I could figure out more of these spells that I could maybe hurt the monster with!", he finishes rambling, nearly out of breath from the burst of ideas he's just spewed.
