Truth be told, more than likely 90% of the mechanics (incuding the scripted combat - and if you're in for a real shock I'll tell you where the first time I ever saw it was:</p><p>[spoiler]RoboRally![/spoiler]) have been used in a similar form in other games.</p><p></p><p>However, a game is more than the sum of its parts - there are some very unique things in BW from what I've seen, or at least pieces used in new ways.
