Explain this natural armor AC!

Ok i have a lizardman, half-dragon fighter.



Does the Natural AC of the lizardman and the Natural AC granted by the Half dragon template stack together?

Yes. The half-dragon template gives a +4 (+5?) *increase* to natural armor, not a +4 (+5?) natural armor bonus.

What CRGreathouse said. See the half-dragon/half-ogre example in the MM (pg.215). It has a natural armor bonus of +9, which is the same as a normal ogre's (+5) +4 for the template.

thank you for that clarification. We all knew that natural armor didn't stack but the AC of my lizardman was uberhigh due to his natural armor and wanted to make sure!
