Extradimensional vs Nondimensional spaces

Noticed this morning that the Handy Haversack and Bags of Holding are nondimensional spaces and the Portable Hole is an extradimensional space. The Rope Trick spell warns against bringing one extradimensional space into another. Did I miss something that talked about nondimensional spaces? Can you now safely bring a Handy Haversack into a Rope Trick? How about putting a Bag of Holding in a Handy Haversack? How about putting a Portable Hole in one?

Okay, my bad. It looks like from a more thorough reading of the Portable Hole entry that they use extradimensional and nondimensional interchangably. Stupid gits. As if the rules didn't have enough confusion built in to them.

I would assume ( I know the rhyme ) that extra-dimensional spaces create new dimensions, and that new ones in side of that would be like X^y^z creating more power (and ripping a hole in time and space etc.). A non Dimension space would create a space where dimensions (size and weight) don't exist so they create a power vaccuum -X^-y^-z, if placed inside each other. They should balnace each other out.
