The level 3 favors are nice but far from a disadvantage; of course that may change at 4 or 5.It would be nice to see a factionless option; essentially to go more along with the new mercenary background but the "support the group" aspect still must be stressed when playing public games.Pathfinder forces "the join the club" mentality, which I kinda frown upon.
