Faerun elves. What are the subspecies/general characteristics?

No need for a link and its fairly simple. Break out your DMG and MM and follow along.

FR's Moon Elf = High Elf
FR's Sun Elf = Grey Elf
FR's Wood Elf = Wild Elf
FR's Wild Elf = Wood Elf
FR's Drow (Dark Elf) = Drow (Dark Elf)
FR's Aquatic Elf = Aquatic Elf

Not quite accurate about Sun elves - they don't have the Dex bonus and STR penalty that Grey elves have.

And all FR dark elves have +2 to charisma.

There's also the Avariel (winged elves) and Fey'ri (fiendish elves).

Generally, though:

Moon Elf - as PHB Elf
Sun Elf - -2 con, +2 int
Wood Elf - +2 str, +2 dex, -2 con, -2 int, -2 cha
Wild Elf - +2 dex, -2 int
Drow - +2 dex, -2 con, +2 int, +2 cha; spell-like abilities and SR; +2 level adjustment
Aquatic Elf - +2 dex, -2 int; aquatic
Avariel - winged flight; +4 dex, -2 con, +2 int, +2 wis; +3 level adjustment
Fey'ri - +2 dex, +2 int, -2 con; flight, various special abilities, darkvision; type: native outsider; +2 or higher Level adjustment (depends on special abilities)

And there's the Star Elves aka Mithril Elves in Unapproachable East.
And I guess we'll see other elven subraces as sourcebooks are published. Reptilian elves in Serpent Kingdoms. Snow elves in a North sourcebook. Feral elves in a Maztica sourcebook. Shrug.
