If you cant manager your own money they don't want you managing theirs</p><p></p><p>Steve rogers wants to open a handburger stand and wants to buy the stand from the current owner (lets say its tony stark). Tony wants money down and a contract. If Steve goes to the bank he presents tax returns and assets statements. If those are empty hes not getting the loan unless the government backs 1/2 the loan and then its a short term loan which is done through a bank</p><p></p><p>If this was a major problem (in the us as I cant speak for overseas) then we would know about it</p><p></p><p>Redlining is a crime</p><p>theres thousands of these types of crime-Its fairly easy for these banks to get caught and they would pay huge penalties for doing this. we are no longer living in the wild west</p><p></p><p>exact opposite-we in the usa have institutions of higher learning (top ivy league) delibertly limiting a certain race (because they would most likely be the majority race in these institutions. that's racism!</p></blockquote><p></p>
