Those need to be corrected, because if a black person lived in my neighborhood and had my credit history, and my home history, he would have a very good credit score.  Then of course we get into the issues that were linked above where people of the same credit score, but different races getting different treatment, which needs to be changed.  But again that's not the same as basing loans on credit ratings.The solution is to help change the poorer areas into areas that aren't so poor.  Not create a system where we can have another financial collapse, because we are giving loans to people who can't pay them back.</blockquote>
