Fallen Saint

During a campaign that I recently played in I brought up a point to the DM that Saint shouldn't be a lawful good restriction due to the fact that even evil gods have saints....they just stand for different things. The prereqs for saint make it sort of difficult to change it to an evil template however. I just wanted opinons on what people think would be a good idea to make the prerequisites for this template. Thx =D

Saint's in Book of Exalted Deeds, right?
Look in it's counterpart, Book of Vile Darkness. Specifically the Corrupted Creature template (or some template in there named along those lines).

Saints can be of any good alignment (not just Lawful Good), provided they meet the exalted behaviour requirements.

I agree with your premise, though. Evil (and neutral) gods would have "saints", though they wouldn't use the same templates. Using the book of Vile darkness, it should be fairly easy to file the serial numbers off of the Saint template and make an evil version. As for neutrality, I'm not really sure.
