This means if you engage from a good range, you can actually dodge the bolts as they fly. Plasma travels more quickly than missiles, but hasn't got that nasty blast radius. Presumably once you do the violin quest and some time passes, if you go back and talk to her she'll ask for paper. But I don't know that for sure. When I brought paper though, she talked as if she'd asked me for it, so I assume she will under the right circumstances.</blockquote>
