Familiar Help Needed

How do you handle a familiar's statistics when the master has multiple classes?

The master for this question is a Fighter 8/Wizard 15/Rogue 9.

You combine all wizard/sorcerer levels. So the fighter and rogue levels don't count.

BTW, how can you have that many levels? The current rules only go up to character level 20, and the ELH just got published.

I have the ELH. I'm finally converting over an old 2nd Ed character.

Just FYI, back when 3e first came out, WotC published a little pamphlet about converting from 2e to 3e. Multiclass characters did not gain levels an equal amount of levels as they possessed in 2e. If you want, I could give you a run down of how it would work, if you don't have the pamphlet yourself.

I already have the pamphlet and did the calculations myself... 8/15/9 are his 3e levels.... He was 17/32/21 in AD&D2e.

Well his spellbook is completed. I just need to say what spells that he typically has prepared, and then select all of his equipment.
