As always your friendly neighborhood sage is always willing to aid where he can. Perhaps later on the Half ogre will want to take on some of the pit fighting owners in Shelzar. (Pit Fighting? I must have missed that day... I mean I heard Fangsfall had some but admittedly I keep to more civilized sections). This could lead to an escalation with the Whsiper of Belsameth sending off her Belsamite assassins to deal with the trouble. The Penumbral Pentagon, easily done with your PCs. Your wizard/evoker is looking for a nice new spell. (Pick one). Unfortunately it's currently in the hands of a known associate of the PP, who will not trade it for anything. Thus they have a choice, find a new spell, or perhaps look for another way in, and steal it. My advice for assasinations, don't kill either Barconius or Derighish, right off. Another option, and this is much cooler, is as a way for destablizing the region around Mithril, the assassination of the leader of the Gravelfists orcs! :) The assasin makes it look like rebel factions in the Adamantine church are involved. Derigish starts investigating, suddenly more PP involvement as they assassinate one of the minor nobles from House Asurus(sp) along with a Calastian noble who is of some importance. (He was actually dismissed from the ranking noblity but had strong ties to another commerce branch in Calastia) Mean time the Necromancers of Glivid Autel, led by the Black Messiash, have found a way to create a new kind of undead, the Lost. Fusing the dying souls with that of many different zombies, the Lost essentially become nearly as powerful as improved skeletons created by Hollowfaust. The Autels, in search of more loot to refine their research, sell off a few of these "lost" to the PP to help them in their raids. Howse this so far?
