i've got a few well, i've been dm'ing 1st and 3rd edition for 13 years..on and off.. so i've had, i mean, my players have had... a bunch of charcaters that i've come to love. A few... In my current campaign, Hyssothywyl, a lizardman druid who came to the city as a diplomat in order to ensure that the city's expansion did not encroach on his beloved swamp home. Very amusing and a lot of fun, especially when he couldn't figure out how to turn a doorknob. Azzadar, an apprentice red wizard scoping out the city as a possible spot for a future Red Wizard enclave. He's pretty sneaky and EXTREMELY arrogant, but is slowly learning to appreciate his current companions, including the lizardman. Getting these two into one party while keeping the stortyline interesting and reasonable has been one hell of a dm challenge. From the past... Trylor, a huge, hulking half-orc barbarian who wanted to set up an orphange for both orc and human children that have been abondoned during the long warfare between the two races. He pictured himself as a hero of the people, though most people were afraid of him. He was the ultimate gentle giant and as queaky clean with a rough exterior as a character could get. Siam, an elf rogue who was played by a woman who was playing rpg's for the first time. SHe was always trying to pawn off regular goods as masterwork to the uninitiated. Quite a laugh. The women really was a salesman at heart and it showed in her charcater. Too bad she moved. Ithicon, a semi crazy and senile witch/sorcerer who served as the librarian in the town. He would get annoyed and grumpy whenever events forced him to leave the comfy confines of his study. He also is the only fully homosexual PC that I've seen played.
