My first character I ever played was an Elven Wizard (mage) named Telor. He was extremely over confident though he had much intelligence and wisdom to back himself. I've played this one character for 5 years straight before our group disband. His confidence somehow never got the best of him; many times he literally laughed in the face of death and lady luck kept him from going to the realm of passed elves. I carried this character's persona to a few MMORPG's like UO and Everquest. I've stuck with the name since I love the sound of it and since a couple of people know me by this name only. My favorite character however is my current one. His name is Relkin Silverwood and he is a human sorcerer 14/ archmage 1 AL: CG. He is a learned sorcerer born and raised in the city of Silverymoon. He is a worshipper of Mystra and as such will only cast his spells when necessary. He is mostly an evoker with a multitude of utility spells. His knowlege of spells would allow him to be extremely self-sufficient; though his ties to his group are extremely strong. He recently met Mystra who opened his mind and allowed him to refine and harness his power to a greater extent (meta - allowing him to become and archmage); though she commanded him to give back to Silverymoon and to train more sorcerers. What makes him so much fun is the fact that he holds back until the situation requires him to intervene. Though he knows spells such as fireball he also knows lesser sonic orb and sonic orb and has the ability to convert sonic energy into subdual energy. He often unleashes his destructive forces only to knock the enemy unconscious. He once stopped an entire village from entering a battle that would surely kill them by knocking them all unconscious. He is also the first character I've ever played who has a high CHA (remember how much CHA was a dump stat in 2e, even though it is still a dump stat in 3e). Our group has been through some extremely thick times, moreso than any other group I've played in. I doubt I'll ever play another masterblaster again because none of them could touch this character. -Telor (part of me would love to change my online name to Relkin)
