Message: <blockquote data-quote="StreamOfTheSky" data-source="post: 4458828" data-attributes="member: 35909">My favorite was one I played, Kraagor Darkfist.  A purposely stereotyped LG dwarven cleric.  his deity was a homebrewed one, Etina, a LN goddess of time and order.  He was grotesque in rancid scent, shaggy apperance, and crude manner of speaking, or as I liked to call it: "Charisma 6, and proud of it!"  Never have I gone to such great lengths to describe my character's breath, or appearance (such as the time for a costume party he went as a green hag, trying to be as authentic as possible).  As with any stereotypical dwarf, he was an arms and armor crafter, and proudly used his own products, even turning down a found +3 axe we found at one point because he didn't feel right using something other than his own handiwork, at the time only a +1 sacred axe.  He was also very knowledgeable, having the domain, collector of stories skill trick, lore of the gods spell frequently cast, massive library of books, and most importantly, Ancestral Knowledge feat (use wis on knowledge checks, make knowledge checks untrained*).  So he knew just about everything, but communicated it poorly, and others were loathe to seek advice from him.  Even in support of his friends, he sounded condescending ("Don't worry, I dinnae' very well expect a human ta swing a hammer much harder than tha, so ye doin' fine!"), to the point that his own allies would root against him when he would fight in the arena.*Man, was it fun for our group, out of character, to make jokes about exactly what that meant.  Any kind of knowledge, no matter how random or obscure, he automatically had a massive bonus, about +18, in.  My personal favorite was "Knowledge (kama sutra): +18"</blockquote>
