Favorite Moderate level campaign?

Recently my tabletop game has gotten a bit dull and the players have been unable to get into my games. I've recently tried multiple custom games and modules and nothing has turned out quite right. I believe this is due to an old PC who ended up leaving, he was known to be the humorous one in the group and he also tended to keep the game moving along with myself. Since the previous DM's departure I have had to take the mantle of the DM and he hasn't tried one of my games. I've decided that to get the group interested again I want to try running a moderate level (5-15) game that has quite a bit of potential for humor, humorous deaths (our party is very well known to be able to turn any situation into a potentially deadly situation with surprising quickness and being able to laugh about it for years to come) and stuff like that. Any suggestions? I remember some casual references to a campaign that included a lich, a key in a block of some type and something about a statue, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called or where I heard the references. The name to that campaign, if it strikes any memories, would also be welcome. So tell me: what are your favorite moderate level campaigns?

Campaigns, or individual adventures?

Pretty much any of the old-school 1e adventures can get humourous in a hurry with the right group of players and-or characters, but it's impossible to predict how, when, or where. And it can't be forced...it either happens or it doesn't... :)

One thing you might want to try is throwing some sort of completely over-the-top NPC into the group...take a fantasy stereotype and play it to the hilt and beyond, and hope your players catch on and join in the fun.

I think the best-reviewed mid-level campaign of the 3E era, and perhaps of more years than that, has been Red Hand of Doom. It's pretty serious, but if your group can't have fun with the Spawn of Tiamat, I would be amazed.
