Favourite 3.5E dungeon adventures?

Wik

First Post
So, I'm picking up back issues of Dungeon magazines, and I've come across some fun adventures. My personal favourite so far is from Dungeon #106 - "Tammeraut's Fate". Something about zombies just makes for a fun adventure.

So, I figured I'd ask - if you had to pick your favourite dungeon adventures from the past couple of years, what would you go with?

To keep things interesting, you can't list more than three. If you have to, use honourable mentions, or something. And, of course, let's avoid spoilers.

My three favourites, so far:

1) There is No Honor (Dungeon # 138, I believe)
2) Fallen Angel (Dungeon #117, just had a lot of fun playing it)
3) Tammeraut's Fate (Dungeon #106).

Wik,

If you like investigations.

Me I love ALL the Maure Castle stuff. That with the Age of Worms AP and probably the Istivin trilogy rank as my all time favorites from Dungeon.

Hm... there's been a lot of good ones.

Chimes at Midnight and Steel Shadows were wonderful for invigorating my Sharn Freelance Police game, and I love both of Richard Pett's "The Styes" adventures. Tammeraut's Fate is the only module I can think of that I've enjoyed immensely as both a player and a DM.

And, of course, both Age of Worms and Savage Tide have been made of win.

Demiurge out.

Mad God's Key (#114) would probably be in my top 3.

I'd have to think a bit more about the other 2, but Beast of Burden (#100), the Devil Box (#109) and the Buzz on the Bridge (#110) would be up there.

Olaf the Stout

The Whispering Cairn in Dungeon #124 is probably the best low-level module written for 3.5e. Period. I'm aching to run it and see PC's fall to their deaths, get over-run by swarms and get into trouble in the Observatory. There's a great bait & switch mechanic and some grand twists.

And there's more than a hint of what's to come as well.

edit: Whoops, 3.5E

No specific ones to name, though that one that was tied to B4 recently printed was a neat one.

You know, I'd love to pick up the Whispering Cairn, but I'm wary about another AP.

As for Mad God's Key - I never really saw the attraction. The core idea is great, and there's a scene in the middle near the docks that is kind of interesting... but I always lost interest. Never run it, though.

Glad to hear support for Chimes. We've run through the first encounter, and it was a tough (but fun!) one.
