If u found a dm who would let u play something like this than maybe it fits in with his style of gaming and wouldnt overshadow the half red dragon trolls with acid immunity and the paragon death slaad that are running around with the party.  Otherwise this prc is extremely overpowered and really ruins the game for people who still roleplay to roleplay.  If u wanted a specialist that got all those cool feats every level, maybe some more thought should go into it and maybe somebody should just go ahead and make a customized prc.</blockquote>
