Yes, that is all it does - ups the level of rogue required to defeat the Uncanny Dodge. I'm still not sure its got enough oomph to be a feat people would take - maybe if it was upped to 8 levels above... Anyway, here's a Friday feat for you! This one is a bit sticky and depends on how the DM adjudicates Spring Attacks. From my reading of the feat, it allows for a negation of all AoOs that arise from movement from an the target (meaning that a PC with Expeditious Retreat on that decided to strike a foe and then run around them, moving from one threatened square to another, would be AoO free). Some DM's may differ in their interpretation, which will make this feat a bit more dangerous and less useful. From Both Sides [General] Prerequisites: Dex 13+, Dodge, Flank on the Run, Mobility, Spring Attack, base attack bonus of +12 or higher Benefit: By circling her opponent, a character may flank an opponent by herself. During a Spring Attack, the character may move so as to threaten the opponent, and then immediatly move to the corresponding flanking position. The character may then make their Spring Attack as if the opponent was flanked (all other flanking rules apply). Only opponents that the character has successfully Flanked on the Run are subject to this feat. Once I've gotten enough feedback, I'll be rewriting these feats to correct them, make suggested changes, and clarify the language. Hopefully, I'll be able to continue giving 3 feats a week!
