Feats for Warlocks

Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot. Get them both ASAP.
If you are going the "undead commander" type of route, check out some of the Corpsecrafter feats from Libris Mortis. Also in this vein, the "Divine" feats that burn turning/rebuking attempts may be useful.
Other than that, it depends on the role you want to fulfill in the party. Craft Wondrous Item could be useful (even though you get it at like 17th or 18th level for free), as you can use it (in combination with the warlock's ability to take 10 on Use Magic Device checks and spell completion/spell trigger items) to make both arcane and divine items (see the Rules of the Game articles on the Wizards site). Same for Craft Wand/Staff later (Scribe Scroll and Brew Potion, on the other hand, are kind of a zero-sum game).
As a side note, I don't think it's worth taking more than 8 levels of Dread Necromancer. Get in, get the good stuff, get out. Find yourself a nice Prestige Class or something.

In addition to those already mentioned, consider taking Sudden Still, as it makes a useful once-per-day "get out of jail free" ability if you find that you need to use an invocation whilst grappled or otherwise restrained.
If you go with Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot, consider Improved Precise Shot at 15th or 18th level.
At higher levels, after you gain access to Greater invocations, the Extra Invocation feat becomes worthwhile, to gain access to an extra invocation of Lesser level.

I think there is a feat that basically makes you able to heal from negative energy. That would synergize well with one of the Warlock Invocations that changes the blast to negative energy (level draining style).
