Craft Wondrous Item could be useful (even though you get it at like 17th or 18th level for free), as you can use it (in combination with the warlock's ability to take 10 on Use Magic Device checks and spell completion/spell trigger items) to make both arcane and divine items (see the <a href="http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/rg/20041207a" target="_blank">Rules of the Game</a> articles on the Wizards site). Same for Craft Wand/Staff later (Scribe Scroll and Brew Potion, on the other hand, are kind of a zero-sum game).As a side note, I don't think it's worth taking more than 8 levels of Dread Necromancer. Get in, get the good stuff, get out.
