Feature request - hide forums

How difficult would it be to implement a "per user" setting that would allow each user to hide certain forums from view?

This feature would be even more useful for the mobile version of ENW, where screen real estate is even more valuable.

You can achieve something close to this by subscribing to forums (using the forum tools).
Then you will see the selected subset of forums in your account.
It's a really nice feature !

I've been doing it this way for as long as i've been on enworld and it is a lot easier on my eyes to not have to sort through forums that i don't personally have frequent interest in but can visit them on random whims should i so feel like it... and instead can get my own personalized forum index from my account page.

There is a minimize button is the upper left corner of each main heading of a forum tree on the front forum page. Heck, you can minmize the quick reply it appears
