Hello Everyone, At one time or another, prior to the WOTC forums being shut down, I had uploaded my homebrew version of the 3.5 Duskblade class from the Player's Handbook II in that forum. After many iterations and much work, I've decided to post it again, here, in hopes of supplying a decently crafted duskblade class for those that really want to play one in home games. This is also my first post here, so please go easy on me! Well, here you go: Dreadknight Subtype: (Added 12/03/2016) I'm only one guy, and despite nearly a year and a half worth of work, there are still typos, errors, etc in the project. Letting me know so I can make changes would be very appreciated. Additionally, I plan to begin an FAQ in this section of the post to answer a few questions individuals may have about specifics (its tough to make everything 100% clear). A few notes:

This class has been thoroughly play-tested from level 1-20 with every archetype. That being said, I'm no perfect individual, and neither are the individuals that helped me. If you feel like something needs to be changed, I won't be offended. But most likely, I won't change it myself as I want to move onto other projects soon.
If you change anything, I specifically advise against a few points: Changing the number of arcana points available, arcana point costs, or changing specific spells on the spell list.
With all that said, I hope you guys all enjoy it! -Feenexfyre FAQ

Does Seeking Shot make it so that I'm not disadvantaged on the shot if they have another effect that would impose it? The intent of the Seeking Shot class feature is to get around the fact that attacking an invisible or hidden creature would impose disadvantage on your attack roll. It is not intended to avoid that imposition from another effect, such as the Blur spell. So if the creature were invisible and blurry, you have disadvantage. In this case, the advantage granted by the class feature would cancel that out however, and you're left with a normal attack roll. Where can I find the Gnoll Witherling in the Dreadknight subclass? It's not listed in the Monster Manual. The Gnoll Witherling can be found in Volo's Guide to monsters. What does the "...but no more than once a round" clause in the Tethering Shot class feature mean. Simply put, that clause is there to prevent a player from using the class feature as a bonus action and a reaction in the same turn. Can I use spells granted from the Arcane Ambition class feature or spells granted by multiclassing when I use Arcane Channeling? You can use any spell with the Arcane Channeling class feature as long as that spell meets the requirements and is on the Duskblade spell list. For example, if you took a level of sorcerer and learned the spell Chromatic Orb but did not learn the spell when you were a duskblade, you can still "channel" that spell because it meets the requirements and is on the Duskblade spell list. You could not use a spell like Charm Person, however, because that spell is not on the Duskblade spell list. Does the Arcane Imbuement class feature make cantrips and first level spells free to "channel"? Yes. Duskblade's do not get extra attack, they instead combine their martial and magic into one fluid attack. Mechanically, channeling cantrips is a Duskblade's "extra attack."
