Some stuff in there that all players will be doing when the game starts and if you aren't doing it, it'll be rather obvious you didn't download the file and read it and somewhat annoying for me to explain to you what you should be doing. Annoying in a rip your arm off and slap you over the head with the soggy end kind of way.
